Farmer's Market

During my Farmer's Market assignment for PHO208 I came across Mike Kresky, a vendor of Earth Trine Organic Farms. He was quite a character and really enjoys interacting with the community. He also had some really good insight about the produce he sells. "There is an importance I think now, a really grave importance, that we eat more locally and discern the foods that we are eating and if we can choose organic over conventional then we are not only supporting local farmers but we are also supporting a healthier environment."
